New Format

For those who have attended the LeadHERship events in the past, this year will look a little different. After reviewing feedback and evaluating what format best serves our attendees, we’ve streamlined the program into a focused one‑day experience, running from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Breakfast, snacks, and lunch will all be provided so you can stay energized and fully engaged throughout the day.

If you have a longer drive or simply prefer to arrive the night before, we will be hosting an informal gathering for anyone who would like to connect early. It’s a relaxed opportunity to meet fellow attendees, ease into the experience, and start building those meaningful conversations ahead of the main event. This modern, versatile venue is frequently used by OIA for professional development events and is positioned in the heart of Bridge Park, offering convenient parking and walkable access to nearby hotels and dining.
