Jim Back

Jim was a second generation Principal/Owner of Back and Associates Insurance Agency, a family business that began in 1958. Upon graduation from Capital University in Columbus Ohio, Jim began his insurance career as a claims adjuster. In 2020 the Back Agency merged with the McFall Insurance Agency in Dayton, Ohio as the McFall and Back Insurance Agency.

Jim obtained his CIC designation in 1989 and has been an instructor for The National Alliance specializing in CISR Agency Operations since 2006. He is also affiliated with the American Insurance Marketing and Sales Society (AIMS) specializing in the the Certified Professional Insurance Agent (CPIA) program.
