Lisa joined Arlington/Roe in 2019 as a farm underwriter. She has been in the insurance industry since 2001 and was promoted to Senior Farm Underwriter in 2022. Lisa helps agents with a variety of farm and equine exposures and has focused on finding farm and ranch solutions since 2012. She holds an Agribusiness and Farm Insurance Specialist (AFIS) designation and a property and casualty (P&C) license.

 She enjoys the challenge of helping agents find the best solution for their customers and building relationships with independent agents. When she isn’t at work, she is catching up with friends over dinner or reading a book

Kristie Walp is a highly experienced insurance professional with nearly 25 years at Ohio Mutual Insurance Group. She holds several prestigious industry designations, including CPCU, AIS, and ARe, underscoring her deep expertise and commitment to ongoing professional development. Kristie brings a unique perspective to the insurance industry, combining extensive carrier-side experience with a strong understanding of the agency side, having grown up in a family that operates an independent insurance agency in North Central Ohio. This combination of experience enables her to navigate the industry's complexities with a comprehensive, well-rounded approach.

As the Farm Lines Manager for Ohio, Indiana, and Wisconsin, Kristie is instrumental in driving product innovation and adapting to the evolving dynamics of the farm market. Her strategic leadership has consistently delivered impactful results, driving sustainable growth, fostering long-term partnerships, and enhancing customer engagement across the region.
