AILP Issues: Personal Umbrella

This course is part of the AILP designation with the Massachusetts Association of Insurance Agents (MAIA). This course can be taken as part of the designation program, OR just for general CE credit as this course provides great content to increase your industry knowledge!

This course will review the following topics:

• Overview and Key Features of Personal Umbrella Policies. A deep dive into the ISO Personal Umbrella Liability Policy (DL 98 01 02 15).  Available endorsements.
• Things to consider when comparing Personal Umbrella Policies. Common Oversights in Personal Umbrella Policy Handling.
• Case studies regarding important issues such as Business Use of a Non-owned Auto, Renting an Auto out of the country, and Personal Injury exposures.

**We do recommend taking the multiple choice exam if you do take the course, just in case you decide in the future that you want the designation, that way you do not have to take the course again just to get access to the exam.
