Chief Executive Officer for Ohio Insurance Agents Association (OIA), a statewide association that is the leading advocate for insurance consumers, independent agents, IA carriers and a competitive insurance marketplace. OIA represents 1,400 independent insurance agencies and 12,000 insurance agents who are responsible for fulfilling 82 percent of the commercial insurance and 44 percent of the personal insurance and risk management needs of Ohio's businesses and citizens.

Offering over ten years experience in the Insurance industry including commercial lines E&O and Data Breach/Cyber Liability renewal and new business sales as well as providing quality customer service to independent agent. Advanced administrative support providing assistance to multiple senior level managers in both non-profit and for-profit business environments. Advanced operational support often requiring ingenuity, business knowledge, judgment, and confidentiality. Independently resolving most issues and often serving as the go-to person for others.

James joined the OSMA Insurance Agency in 2015 and brings over 20 years of sales and customer service experience in the Insurance Industry. As our Sales and Service Manager, James oversees Client Retention and New Business Development.
